随着民航的业务收入突飞猛进地发展,随即带来了民航票证结算业务的不断增大,单单东航财务处搞票证结算的人员在近3年时间已增加2倍,近百人之多,但还不能满足其业务发展的需要。随着民航经济核算的深入,要求我们及时、准确、合理地提供有关数据。但是,目前原始、落后的票证结算程序已严重困扰了民航的业务发展。
With the service income of civil aviation unceasingly increased,the original and backward settlement procedures of vouchers have seriously restrained the development of the services of civil aviation.To counter the backwardness and existing issues of the original settlement procedures that can change the vouchers now available sets up new concrete prograrh for settling accounts and discusses in detail the superiority of the new settlement method in implementation.
