摘要
对液化装置中的分离器与输送管道的设计和选型进行了分析,介绍了旋风分离器的工作原理,给出了分离器的主要设计参数,提出了一套理想可行的设计方法和思路,并对设计的旋风分离器和输送管道进行了实验研究,其结果表明分离效果良好,完全符合本中心设计的生物质闪速热解液化装置的工作要求。同时,对输送管道进行了设计说明。
This paper analyse the design and the mode selection of the separator and the transmission pipeline in the device of liquefaction, Introducing the operation principle of the separator and giving the main design parameter, providing a train of feasible design method and thought. Also applying the separator and the transmission pipeline to the experiment and getting a good result, the result completely meet the operation request of the device of biomass flash-pyrolylis liquefaction. Moreover, giving the design and explain for the transmission pipeline.
