摘要
以点—面接触为例,运用ANSYS对两长圆柱体的接触问题进行分析。在分析中估算接触区域,并对该接触区域进行局部网格细划,保证计算结果的精度要求同时减少系统的资源消耗;在计算中,选取了三种不同的接触刚度分别进行分析,并将分析结果与赫兹理论解进行比较,证明ANSYS在求解接触问题时能得到更精确的解。
Contact problem of two long cylinders is analysed using ANSYS software. In order to ensure the precision of finite element analysis result and reduce the system resource, the contact area is estimated and fine meshed; Three contact stiffness values are calculated and ANSYS finite element analysis result and Hertz's solution are compared, results show that solving contact problem by ANSYS software is accurate.
