构建社会主义和谐社会是巩固党执政的社会基础和实现党执政历史任务的必然要求。完善分配制度,不仅是社会主义和谐社会的核心内容,而且是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要途径。当前收入分配领域存在的一些问题如果不能得到解决,势必会影响构建社会主义和谐社会的进程。因此,必须以改革和完善收入分配制度、理顺收入分配关系为着力点,为构建社会主义和谐社会扫清障碍。

The author points out that the construction of socialism harmonious society is the basis for consolidating the cornerstone for our Party＇s governance. It is also the inexorable requirement to realize the historic mission of Governance by the Communist Party. The improvement of distribution system is not only the core contents of socialism harmonious society, but also an important avenue to constructing socialism harmonious society. If we can not solve problems with the current distribution system, it will definitely hinder the process of construction socialism harmonious society. So, we should reform and improve income distribution system and straighten out the relationship of income distribution to eliminate barrier in constructing socialism harmonious society.
