摘要 本文介绍了一种基于MSP430F413单片机的低频相位测量仪设计。被测信号经整形电路输入到MSP430F413单片机定时器A的TA1、TA2输入端,利用定时器A捕获功能测量两同频信号的频率、相位差,测量结果送显示器LCM12864显示。测频范围10Hz^1kHz。 A design method of low frequency phase measuring instrument based on MSP430F413 is mainly introduced in this paper. After being waveshaped, the signal to be measured is transmitted into the TA1 or TA2 port of Timer A of the MSP430F413 chip. By the use of the capture function of Timer A, the frequencies and the phase difference between two different signals with the same frequency can be measured. The results of measurement can be displayed on the LCM12864.The measuring range is from 10 to 1000 Hz.
