摘要 采用原子吸收分光光度法对羚羊清肺散中酸可溶性汞进行检查,并根据实测数据结合安全范围制定合适的限度。光源:汞灯;检测波长:253·7nm;工作电流:10mA。回归方程为Y=0·01219+0·05886X,r=0·9965,回收率为99·1%,RSD=1·6%。本方法简便、快速,结果可靠,重现性好,可用于羚羊清肺散中酸可溶性汞的检查。 A test was carried out for determination of acid - dissolvable mercury in Linyang Qingfei Powder by atomic absorption spectrophotometry, and appropriate limit was established on the basis of experimental data and safe range. A mercury lamp was used as the lamp -house, the detective wavelength was 253.7nm; and the working electricity was 10mA. The calibration equation is Y = 0. 01219 + 0. 05886X, r = 0. 9965. The average recovery is 99. 3% and RSD =1.6%. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and with good reproducibility, and can be used for the quality control of Linyang Qingfei Powder.
