摘要 采用静态失重、交流阻抗、动电位扫描及扫描电镜法研究了苯并三氮唑(BTA)在单独使用时和与6甲基-2巯基-4羟基嘧啶(HMMP)复配后对X70钢在含H_2S弱酸性溶液中的缓蚀作用。结果表明,BTA属于以抑制阳极过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂,在所研究的浓度范围内,随其浓度的增大,缓蚀率逐渐增大;BTA和HMMP复配后有缓蚀协同效应,复配的最佳浓度值为100mg/L,最佳浓度比为3:1。 The inhibitive effect of benzotriazole (I3TA) and synergistic inhibitive effect of BTA and 4-hydroxy-2-mercapto-6-methyl-primidine (HMMP) on the corrosion of X70 steel in H2S weak acidic solution was studied by means of static weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization curves, electrochemical impendence spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy. HMMP was a mixed inhibitor that mainly restrain the anodic process, the inhibition increased gradually with the increasing of its concentration within the range of concentration studied. A synergistic inhibitive effect of BTA and HMMP combined inhibitors on the corrosion of X70 steel was observed. The optimal concentration was 100mg/L and the optimal concentration ratio was 3 : 1.
