摘要
按照煤矿用防爆柴油机的要求,上柴公司和太原煤科院进行了防爆柴油机的合作开发。在C121柴油机的基础上,改变了柴油机的起动方式和零部件材料,改进了进排气系统和冷却系统,设计隔爆结合面的结构参数及阻火器等,来满足柴油机的防爆要求。
According to the requirement of the explosion proof diesel engine used in coal mine, Shanghai Diesel Engine CO,.LTD cooperated with Talyuan Branch of China Coal Research Institute in developing the explosion proof diesel engine. Based on the essential model of C6121 engine, we changed the engine's starting mode and parts material, improved the intake and exhaust system and the cooling system, designed the explosion-proof bonding side's structural parameters and the fire arrestor to satisfy the request of preventing explode.
