在三乙胺冷芯工艺的基础上,集成制芯中心,导入PROFIBUS总线控制,提高自动化和安全系数,减少无效劳动,降低劳动强度,提升砂芯表面质量,保证铸件内腔质量,使传统铸造转向现代精益铸造。
Advantage of the cold box core-center is integrated and PROFIBUS control system is adopted based on the Triethylamine cold box process to enhance the automation level and the safety coefficient, reduce the inefficiency work and the labor intensity, improve core surface quality and the casting cavity quality, which transforming traditional cast towards the modem lean cast.
