客户定制生产是市场经济环境下的主流趋势,供应链的应变能力、交货能力和盈利能力是面向客户定制的现代企业面临的挑战。详细分析了客户定制生产的特点和要求,从供应链协同管理的角度出发,提出了面向客户定制的供应链协同管理的主要内容、策略,构建了基于现代信息管理网络的供应链协同管理模型。
Customer-oriented production is a dominating trend in modem enterprises under the market economy and is challenged by the supply chain's capabilities of variation, delivery and profiting. The feature and requirement of the customer-oriented production are analyzed, then main content and strategy of synergy management of customer-oriented supply chain are put forward from a viewpoint of synergy management, and finally a model for the cooperative management of supply chain is built based on modem information management network.
