摘要
纯化后海星皂甙的最大吸收波长为280nm。总皂甙的质量浓度为0.0685mg/mL,质量分数为45.67%。另外,随着回收率的下降,总皂甙的质量分数呈上升趋势。通过硅胶柱层析,可以分离出海星总皂甙中单一种类的皂甙。
The maximum absorption wavelengths of purified starfish saponins were 280nm, Quality concentration and fractions of total saponins were 0.0685mg/mL and 45.67% respectively. The quality fraction of total saponins was increased with the yield decreased. The pure starfish saponins were obtained by silica gel colunto chromatography.
