摘要
采用溶剂浸提法和紫外可见分光光度法,研究了黄槐花黄色素的提取方法和稳定性。研究结果表明:黄槐花黄色素的最适提取剂为乙酸乙酯,该色素对热、酸、碱、大部分金属离子、氧化剂及还原剂稳定,但是对日光和少数金属离子(如Fe3+、Al3+)不稳定。
The extraction and characterization of yellow pigment from Cassia surattensis Burm.F. flowers were studied by means of solvent-extraction process and ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometry. The results showed that the adaptable extraction solvent is ethyl acetate. The pigment was stable to heat, acid, alkali, reductant,oxidizer and most metallic ions except Fe^3+, Al^3+ and sunlight.
