氢化物原子荧光法测定苜蓿芽及其产品中硒含量 被引量:6

Determination of selenium in both alfalfa bud and its products by hydride-generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要 采用氢化物原子荧光法测得苜蓿芽及其产品中硒含量分别为0.5488mg/kg和0.4013mg/kg。与FAO/WHO公布的食物组中硒含量结果比较表明,苜蓿芽及其产品硒含量高于常见水果、蔬菜、肉、蛋中的含量,从硒角度分析认为,苜蓿芽具有较高的食用价值。 Using hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry(HG-AAS) detected the selenium content in both alfalfa bud and its product, the result shows the selenium content of both alfalfa bud and its product are 0.5488mg/kg and 0.4013mg/kg respectively. Comparing with other food groups published by FAO/WHO shows the selenium content in both alfalfa and its product is higher extremely than in fruits and vegetables, meat and eggs, if selenium content only is considered, alfalfa bud have high edible value.
