摘要
采用复合酶法对玉米皮渣中可溶性膳食纤维的提取工艺条件做了进一步的探讨,从而得到较纯净的可溶性膳食纤维。结果表明:提取可溶性膳食纤维的最佳工艺条件为混合酶制剂量为3%,酶解时间为12h,温度为50℃,pH值不调。
The extraction conditions of the soluble edible fibers from the skins and dregs of corn were studied by multiple enzyme method. The soluble edible fibers with relatively high purity were obtained. The results show that the optimum conditions are 3% of the added enzyme, 12h of the hydrolytical time, 50℃ of hydrolytical temperature, and the pH of hydrolytical mixture was not adjusted.
