摘要 激光陀螺在惯性导航领域的应用日益广泛,对其寿命的估计成为研制方和使用方高度重视的问题。目前对激光陀螺寿命预测使用较普遍的加速寿命试验方法具有试验周期长、费用高等缺点。从分析激光陀螺的失效机理出发,阐述了激光陀螺工作气体中杂质气体氢对其寿命的影响,利用氢含量与输出功率下降的关系预测陀螺的寿命。对于氢含量的测量采用气相色谱法,并用随机共振算法消除色谱流出曲线中仪器噪声对微弱氢信号的淹没,实现微弱信号的检测。仿真试验表明,这中方法能够比较精确地估计出激光陀螺的寿命,并且能够缩短试验周期,减少费用。 With the wide use of the laser gyro in the fields of inertial navigation, the lifetime prediction of the laser gyro becomes a big problem both for the manufacturers and users. The shortcoming of the generally used method for life prediction - accelerated life test is the long test periods and the high cost. This paper analyzes the failure mechanism of the laser gyro and expatiates the influence of the hydrogen mixed in the work gas on the life of the laser gyro. Then the lifetime is predicted through the relationship between the quantity of the hydrogen and the descent of the output power. We use the gas chromatography technology to quantify the hydrogen, and treat the chromatography curve with the stochastic resonance algorithm to eliminate the submerging of the apparatus noise to the tiny hydrogen. The simulation result shows that this method can predict the lifetime of the laser gyro accurately, meanwhile can shorten the test periods and reduce the cost.
