摘要
为进行模型快速修改或更换,实现车辆动力传动系统高效建模仿真,基于可视化的动力学仿真软件ADAMS,应用模块化建模方法,按车辆动力传动系统的物理组成进行模块分解,建立车辆动力传动系统各分模块虚拟样机模型,并组装成车辆动力传动系统共同工作虚拟样机模型。利用该模型,对某型履带车辆进行换挡动态仿真,并与试验数据比较分析。结果表明,仿真数据与试验结果能较好吻合,该模型能够用来仿真车辆传动系统的动态力学性能,并为后续研究提供支持。
For the efficient modeling and simulation, the vehicle integrated transmission system is decomposed into subsystems with its physical correspondence, Based on the method of modular modeling, the virtual prototypes of each subsystem are setup in ADAMS in this paper, and then assembled into a whole virtual prototype for coordinated work. With this model, the gear - shifting dynamic simulation program of a type of tracklayer is carried out. The results of the simulation accord well with the experimental result. And it shows that this model can be used effectively for the study of the dynamic characteristics of vehicle power train, and can offer support for further study.
