大型六缸往复压缩机监控技术研究

摘要 针对大型6缸往复压缩机运行现状,构建了一套基于“传感器-可编程控制器(PLC)-工业控制计算机(IPC)”硬件架构的实时在线监控系统,着重对工控机与PLC数据通信技术进行研究开发,实现了对压缩机温度、压力、振动、位移信号的实时监测。系统运行情况表明,过程监控精确可靠,人机界面友好,该项研究为大型过程装备监控系统开发提供了重要的参考依据。 According to the working stares quo of large, scale 6 cylinders M - style reciprocationg compressor, this paper introduces a monitoring system based on the hardware structure of "SFNSOR - PLC- IPC". And the communication technology between IPC and PLC data has been specially researched and exploited. The monitoring and measuring of the pressure, temperature, librations and displacement signal have been achieved. The working condition of the system indicates that the process monhoring is exact and reliable, Human Machine Interface is friendly. This research provides the important reference for the monitoring technical exploitation of large-scale process equipments.
