摘要
从复杂性科学理论角度,阐述了制度系统的复杂性特征,其演化的复杂性特征及其效率表现,揭示了制度系统演化的低效率可能,认为由演化和适应所产生的制度未必是有效率的。结合我国上市公司资源配置低效率的实际,对我国企业制度系统演化中的低效率状况及存在的问题进行了详细分析,并给出了政策建议。
