归纳了影响大学技术转让与风险投资的相关因素,建立了大学技术转让与风险投资的关系模型,并运用实证研究方法,对技术转让与风险投资之间的关系进行了研究。结果显示,营利性技术转让组织结构模式和股份制许可方式最能促进风险投资的发展。最后,提出了我国大学技术转让模式有利于风险投资发展方向的优化建议。

The paper induces the related factors influenceing university-based technology transfer and risk investment and builds up a relation model between university-based technology transfer and risk investment. Making use of the positivism research method, it outspreads the research between university-based technology transfer and risk investment, the result manifestation, the for-profit structure mode and the licensing for equity in a company can promote risk investment most.
