摘要内生增长理论的发展开拓了FDI理论的视野,学者们从不同的角度,采用不同的方法考察了FDI的技术溢出途径,并且在此基础上作了大量的实证研究。全面回顾了FDI对东道国技术溢出效应的理论和实证研究,充分肯定已有研究所做出的重大贡献,指出其存在的不足,并对未来的研究作出展望。
