老河口市“留守学生”教育管理面临的困难及对策

Difficulties and Countermeasures in Educational Management for the "Students Left Behind" by Their Parents in Lao Hekou

在考察了湖北省老河口市教育系统“留守学生”教育管理情况的基础上,着重总结了该市教育系统关爱“留守学生”的基本经验,分析了“留守学生”教育与社会管理面临的困难,提出了加大财政对农村基础教育投入力度,积极筹建寄宿制中小学,多方协作,共同营造关爱“留守学生”的社会氛围,动员“五老”组建辅导站,建立与“留守学生”父母信息联系机制等对策。

On the basis of investigation of the educational management of the ＂students left behind＂ in Lao Hekou educational system, this article makes a summary of the experience of the educational administration of those students in the city, analyzes the difficulties the educational department and the social management department face, puts forward the suggestions that more investment be made in the rural basic education, boarding schools be set up, social atmosphere be created to show concern for them and contact be kept with their parents.
