自然法学派是西方重要的法学流派,其价值分析方法是重要的法学研究方法。本文从与实证分析方法对比的视角,对“价值分析方法”的功能、理论争议以及对该方法的重新定位作简要的分析,以期引起对价值分析方法的关注。

Nowadays, natural law school is still one of the most important branches and value method is very significant in western countries. The writer in the article tries to discuss the problem from the angel of comparison. Firstly, the writer analyses the functions of the value method. Secondly, the different opinions on the importance of the method are pointed out. Lastly, the writer revalues the value method, the article, it provides a useful suggestion to the study of the problem in our country.
