得保松等药物迎香穴封闭治疗变应性鼻炎临床体会

Clinical experience of Debaosong sealing in yingxiang acupuncture point to treat allergic rhinitis

[目的]总结迎香穴得保松封闭治疗变应性鼻炎的治疗体会.[方法]选54例变应性鼻炎患者进行迎香穴得保松封闭治疗,另选取56粒变应性鼻炎患者进行西替利嗪口服及倍氯米松气雾剂局部治疗为对照组.[结果]通过迎香穴得保松封闭治疗总有效率达86.4%,西替利嗪组总有效率61%.两组疗效具有显著差异(p<0.05).[结论]迎香穴封闭治疗变应性鼻炎是一种简单、有效的方法.

[ Objective ] To summarize treatment experience of Debaosong sealing in yingxiang acupuncture point to treat allergic rhinis. [ Method ] Choose54 experience of allergic rhinitis Debaosong sealing in yingxing acupuncture point. Another 56 experience treating in Xitiliqin and Bcilvmisong. [ Results] The curative effect of yingxiang reaches to 86, 4%, and yet the Xitiliqin Group reaches to 61%. [ Conclusion ] Sealing in yingxiang acupuncture point totreat allergic rhinitis is a simple and effeative method.
