摘要
比较在液体和固体培养条件下鸡腿菇、秀珍菇、鲍鱼菇和杏鲍菇1号等4株珍稀食用菌产纤维素酶系的组分活力特征,分析菌菇降解纤维素基质的生理差异.结果显示:不同菌株的纤堆素酶系组分活力存在显著的差异,其中C1组分活力相近,Cx组分鸡腿菇最强而鲍鱼菇最弱,β-葡萄糖苷酶组分活力也存在明显差异.实验还表明:采用低结晶化程度的纤维素基质对纤维素酶组分活力有较强的诱导作用.
The enzyme activity characteristic of components of Cellulase System from Coprinus comatus, Pleurotus geesteranus, Pleurotus abalones and Pleurotus eryngii NO. 1 were compared under the condition of liquid and solid culture, and then analysis the difference of the dissolve cellulose ability were anlysed. The results showed that the enzyme activities of components were the obviously difference, although the C1 enzyme activity was nearly the same among the four fungus, the Cx enzyme activity of Coprinus comatus was the highest and Pleurotus abalones was the weakest, β-glucosidase activity also have some difference among them. At the some time, add Low crystallize cellulose in the medium can induce cellulase production.
