作为社区就业的基础平台,社区综合就业服务信息系统的设计具有重要的现实意义．在论述系统构建的必要性和可行性的基础上,以SuperMap IS．NET 5．1为开发平台,对该系统进行了总体结构、功能、数据库、网络结构等设计,突出了WebGIS和ComGIS技术的重要．

CESIS can provide a kind of social service for the government, employers and employees, and make employment management better. Based on the Development Environment SuperMap IS.Net, this paper analyzes how to design the general structure, the functions, the database and the network of the system, and how to realize the system using WebGIS and ComGIS technology.
