“体验”视野中的休闲体育行为研究

A Research on Behavior of Leisure Sport From an Experience Viewpoint

本文从“体验”的角度,采用问卷调查、个别访谈等方法,对个体休闲体育行为的特点进行研究。结果表明:(1)不足半数的参与者从“体验”的角度来理解休闲体育的“自由”内涵;(2)从体验的自由感看,只有24%的参与者享受着高水平的快乐体验;(3)从体验的效应水平看,参与者在休闲体育中能够自我放松,但自我发展还不够;(4)以人为本的休闲体育注重的是精神的体验,倡导的是主体性、个性化的运动理念。

This paper studies the behavior of leisure sport from an experience viewpoint by using questionnaire and interview methods. The findings in dicate that. （1） no more than fifty percent participant can understand the freedom of leisure sport from evperience angle; （2） just twenty- four percent participant can enjoy themselves in leisure sports; （3） participant can relax themselves well but can not develop themselves well in leisure sport; （4） hunman centred leisure sport concems about spirit experience, and initiates subjective and individual idea of sport.
