摘要
本文通过探讨了社会意识对体育学科的认知观及体育教师对体育学科认知的内心冲突,分析了高校体育教师职业倦怠形成的机理、特点,分析其职业倦怠的成因,结果发现造成高校体育教师职业倦怠的原因有社会层面因素、个人层面因素及两者相关联的工作层面因素,提出相应对策,消除或降低高校体育教师职业倦怠这一现象。
This article through from the discussion social consciousness to sports discipline cognition view and the P. E. teachers to the sports discipline cognition innermost feelings conflict, the mechanism, the characteristic which tiredly forms to the universities P. R. teachers professional, analyzes its professional tired origin, finally discovered creates the universities P. E. teachers professional tired reason to have the work stratification plane factor which the social stratification plane factor, individual stratification plane factor and two is connected, therefore we should obtain from alive three factors, propsed the corresponding countermeasure, eliminates or reduces the universities P. E. teachers professional tired this phenomenon.
