摘要 在矾磷复合氧化物(VPO)催化剂上,对正丁烷选择氧化制顺酐反应进行动态动力学模型化研究.结合原位傅立叶漫反射红外光谱瞬态实验获得的正丁烷选择氧化制顺酐反应网络结果,对以变价金属复合氧化物为催化剂,按照氧化-还原机理进行的一类烃类选择氧化反应,提出一种考虑分子氧的解离吸附和吸附氧可逆转化且计及催化剂体相存在非线性扩散的动态动力学模型化的方法,并介绍模型的建立及求解过程. Transient kinetic modeling of the n-butane selective oxidation to maleic anhydride (MA) over vanadium phosphorus oxide (VPO) catalysts is studied. Combining the roles of lattice and absorbed oxygen in the VPO catalysts with a scheme of the reaction network based on the in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier-transform spectroscopy (DRIFTS) transient experimental studies, a transient kinetic modeling that takes account of the oxygen reversible storage, translation and non-linear diffusion in the bulk-phase of the catalyst was developed. The paper presents the establishment of models and computation method.
