摘要 目的:探讨中学教师职业压力对其问题行为的影响。方法:采用职业紧张问卷和问题行为问卷对浙江省杭州、温州等五地235名中学教师进行调查分析。结果:①中学教师职业压力总体水平较高,城、乡教师职业压力差异显著。②管理与制度、学生与责任、社会支持与环境、能力与适应、组织气候等对问题行为的影响非常明显,而工作负荷对问题行为的影响未达显著水平。③中学教师职业压力各因素对问题行为的影响程度从重到轻依次为:社会支持与环境、学生与责任、组织气候、管理与制度、能力与适应。结论:除工作负荷因素外,中学教师职业压力对其问题行为的影响明显;在催生问题行为层面上,教师的外部压力因素要高于内部压力因素。 Objective: To explor middle school teachers' vocational stress on their conduct problem influence. Methotis: The vocational tense questionnaire and the conduct problem questionnaire were administered to 235 middle school teachers in five cities of Zhejiang province. Results: ①The middle school teachers' general vocational stress level was high; the difference between the city, and countriside teachers vocational stress is remarkable. ②Management and system, students and responsibilities, social support and the environment, the ability to adapt, and organization and climate had obvious, impact on the conduct problems, while the influence of working load on conduct problems had not reached prominent level. ③The factors of middle school teachers' vocational stress influencing conduct problems in turn are: social support and the environment, students and responsibilities, organization and climate, management and system, and the ability to adapt. Conclusion: Besides the working load factor, the middle school teachers vocational stress has obvious influence on its conduct problems; in expediting the emergence of the conduct problems, the teacher's external stress factors should be higher than the internal stress factors.
