大学生乐观与心理幸福感的关系

A Research on the Relationship Between Optimism and Psychological Well-being

目的:揭示大学生乐观的结构,探讨乐观与心理幸福感(即生活满意度、抑郁)的关系。方法:采用生活满意度问卷、抑郁问卷和自编的乐观问卷对350名大学生进行调查。结果:乐观问卷包括效能感、失败、乐观和悲观四个维度,其中乐观维度和失败维度对生活满意度有显著的预测作用,效能维度和失败维度对抑郁有显著的预测作用。结论:大学生的乐观能显著地预测心理幸福感。

Objective： To reveal the structure of optimism of college students and the relationship between optimism and psychological well-being （satisfaction with life and depression）. Methods： 350 college students were assessed with Satisfaction With Life Scale, Beck Depression Inventory and optimism questionnaire. Results： The structure of optimism was mainly composed of self-efficacy, failure, optimism and pessimism; Optimism and failure were predicators of satisfaction with life, and self-efficacy and failure were predicators of depression. Conclusion： Optimism has a significant effect on psychological well-being of college students.
