储油罐防腐涂料选用及施工方法

The Selection and Application Method of Anti-corrosive Coatings for Oil Tank

随着国民经济的快速发展,石油工业从原油开采、运输、贮存到加工都需要大量的储油罐,储油罐防腐分为内防腐和外防腐两部分。储油罐防腐涂料的选用应严格按照有关规程要求执行,以确保质量。储油罐内壁选用导静电涂料,油罐外壁涂料使用期长,涂层应有较长的防腐年限,宜选用防锈性好的底漆,屏蔽性佳的中涂漆和保光保色性好、耐候性佳、易覆涂和维修的面漆。

The paper pointed out that the selection of anti-corrosive coatings for the oil tank should be strictly conducted according to the relevant rules. Antistatic coatings should be chosen for inside wall of oil tank. Good anti-corrosive primer, the inter-coatings with excellent shielding effect and the top coatings with good gloss, color retention and weather resistance and easy recoatability should be chosen.
