摘要
彩涂涂层的力学性能决定彩涂钢板的质量,然而要直接测定涂层材料的性能非常困难。采用显微硬度法对影响涂层力学性能的因素进行了评价。研究了施加载荷、压头形状、基板性质等因素对涂层显微硬度测试结果的影响,得出了为准确确定涂层硬度指标所适合的试验条件。在此基础上,通过对正常板与异议板硬度测试数据的比较,证明了采用显微硬度法评判涂层材料性能的可行性。
The quality of precoated steel is dependent on the mechanical properties of coil coatings. In this article, microhardness has been used to evaluate the factors which have an influence on coil coating's mechanical properties. The applied load, shape of the indenter and properties of substrate that have influences on microhardness test result have been studied.
