摘要
归纳和评价了焦炭钝化处理技术的发展现状、处理效果和影响因素;分析和研究了利用负催化剂钝化焦炭气化反应的机理。认为该技术能有效改善焦炭的高温性能,并为高炉炼铁带来显著的经济效益。
The development of coke passivation treating technology is described and its effect and influencing factors are evaluated. The mechanism of utilizing negative activators to passivate gasification reaction of coke is analyzed. It shows that this passivation technology can efficiently improve thermal performance of coke and bring prominent economical benefit.
