摘要
基于网络组织理论的视角,分析了供应链的网络组织特性。提出供应链成员关系符合网络组织最基本的关系特征,具备网络组织的构成要素,供应链就是一种网络组织。
The paper analyzes the network organization features of supply chain and considers that if the relationship of SC members copes with the basic features and has the key dements of network organization, SC is nothing but a network organization.
