摘要
分析了目前我国家具制造企业物流管理中存在的诸多问题,指出家具制造业是一个标准化和定制化并存的行业,其物流配送要求很强的市场应变能力,并提出通过构建物流一体化平台来解决这些问题。
The furniture manufacturing industry is a line that standardization and customization co-exist. Its logistics distribution needs more flexible change with the market. However many problems exist in the line, it needs to establish an integrated logistics information platform to solve them.
