美国大学“共治”管理理念述评及启示

The Review and Inspiration of the Managing Concept of Shared Governance in the Colleges and Universities of U.S.A.

在辨析“共治”概念的基础上,认为美国大学管理的“共治”理念有别于教授治校和大学自治,是指大学各类成员共同参与大学治理。论文全面介绍了“共治”理念在美国大学的发展、面临的挑战,并结合我国大学管理提出了若干思考。

By analyzing the concept of shared governance which is the governance involving kinds ot the institutional components, the paper points out that the concept of shared governance is different from the professor governance and the institutional autonomy. It introduces completely the development , the challenge and the prospect of the shared governance in the colleges and universities of U. S. A., and it also provides some consideration for the governance of Chinese colleges and universities.
