高校心理健康教育师资队伍建设的调查与思考

A Survey of the Staff of Psychological Health Education in Universities

通过对我国27所高校大学生心理健康教育师资队伍的调查,目前我国高校从事心理健康教育工作的主要有心理学教育学工作者、思想政治教育工作者和医学工作者,以兼职为主,女性教师多;在高校心理健康教育教师培养培训上,尚未形成制度。建议加大心理健康教育相关本科专业和研究生学位点建设力度;加强心理健康教育培训基地建设,不断提高培训质量;协调好部门之间的关系,做好高校心理健康教育教师资格认定工作;结合实际,按生师比规定专职教师队伍数量。

A survey of the staff of psychological health education in 27 colleges shows that most psychological education staff are teachers of psychology and pedagogy , teachers of moral education and medical workers, and they are female and part-time staff. The training system for the psychological health education staff do not form . The paper puts forward some suggestions ： to strengthen the construction of some related specialities and postgraduate degree points ; to develop the training base of psychological education to improve the training quality; to coordinate the relationship between departments to perfect the identification on psychological education for college teachers; to set the number of the professionals in accordance with the proportion of students and teachers.
