Experimental Study on the Anti-inflammatory Effects of the Xiongdanzhengzhu Haemorrhoids Ointment

目的:研究熊胆珍珠痔疮膏的抗炎作用。方法:取小鼠、大鼠使其创伤,用不同剂量的熊胆珍珠痔疮膏涂擦患处,用肉眼及显微镜观察伤口愈合程度。结果:熊胆珍珠痔疮膏对小鼠软组织创伤愈合程度明显加快;对小鼠耳缘肿胀明显减轻;对角叉菜引起的大鼠足趾肿胀明显减轻。结论:熊胆珍珠痔疮膏具有较好的抗炎作用。

Objective ： To study the anti - inflammatory effects of Xiongdanzhengzhu haemorrhoids ointment. Method ： The mice and rats with wounds were smeared the ointments with different doses at its wound. Result： the haemorrhoids ointment can accelerate the soft tissue wound healing process within the rat; obviously lightening the engorgement on the auris edges of mice and the engorgement in rats＇toes caused by carrageen, Conclusion： Xiongdanzhenzhu haemorrhoids ointment has a better anti -inflammatory effect.
