注射用炎琥宁与临床常用抗生素、维生素配伍的稳定性考察

Investigation on the Stability to Match Yanhuling Injection with Common Antibiotics and Vitamins

目的:考察在室温条件下,炎琥宁与抗生素、维生素配伍的稳定性。方法:模拟临床用药浓度,将炎琥宁分别与V itC、V itB6、青霉素、头孢唑林、洁霉素、庆大霉素、卡那霉素配伍后,用紫外分光光度法测定配伍后不同时间混合液的吸收度,同时观察外观,测定混合液的pH值。结果:炎琥宁与青霉素,V itC、头孢唑林、洁霉素配伍后在室温条件下放置8 h,含量、pH、外观均无明显变化;但与V itB6、庆大霉素、卡那霉素混合后分别产生白色混浊、胶冻状物、结晶。结论:炎琥宁可与V itC、青霉素、头孢类、洁霉素配伍静滴;但与V itB6、氨基甙类抗生素有明显的配伍禁忌。

Objective： To investigate the stability of matching Yanhuling injection with common antibiotics and vitamins in room temperature. Method： To simulate the concentration of the drugs used in clinic, the Yanhuling injection was mixed withVitC, VitB6, PCN, cefazolin, cillimycin, gentamycin, kanamycin, the absorbability of mixed liquor in different time was determined with ,,hraviolet spectrophoto,netry, and the appearance observed at the same time, the pH of mixed liquor determined. Result： When the mixed liquor, matching Yanhuling injection with PCN, VitC, Cefazolin, cillimycin, lay in eight hours in room temperature, the contents, pH and appearance had no distinct change; but when it was matched with the VitB6, cidomycin, gentamycin, the white turbidness, gelarum, crystals appeared. Conclusion： Yanhuling injection can mix with VitC, PCN, cefazolin, cillimycin for intravenous infusion, but cant mix with Vit B6 and Antibiotics
