摘要 对高温超导带通滤波器进行了设计、制作和测试.为解决超导薄膜衬底相对介电常数大、没有相应的图表可供参考及其尺寸小的问题,对通常带通滤波器的设计方案进行了改进,标准超导带通滤波器在温度Tc以下的测试结果出现带通滤波器的性质。 High T c superconductor microwave bandpass filters has been designed, made and measured.Due to the large ε r value of the superconductor underfilm, no suitable chart for reference, the size of the film is limited, hence the normal design method of the bandpass filter was improved for solving the above problem; The character of bandpass filter occured in measured result under temperature T c.It indicates that this improvment is feasible.
