水处理过程中DO值控制的研究

摘要 通过采用一种先进的控制策略——基于径向基函数神经网络,利用T I公司的TM S320LF 2407型DSP作为中央处理器,选择磁场导向控制(FOC)算法,对用于驱动鼓风机的异步交流电动机的转速实施控制,从而实现了对采用活性污泥法水处理过程中一重要指标——生化反应池中的溶解氧(DO)进行准确实时控制,达到较好的水处理效果。 The value of dissolved oxygen (DO) is one of the important indexes in the dirty water processing in which the technology of activated sludge is adopted. In this paper, an advanced control method -- IMC based on radial basis function neural network (RBFNN), the TI Company's Digital signal processing (DSP) called TMS320LF2407 used as the CPU and the Field--Oriented Control (FOC) arithmetic are applied in order to achieve the rotate speed control of the asynchronous AC motor used to drive the fan. The exact and real-time control of DO is completed in the biochemistry reaction pool, and a good level is achieved in the water processing.
