六月雪水提取物耐缺氧作用的研究

The anti-hypoxia activity of Serissa serissoides(DC.) Druce

目的:分析六月雪水提取物对小鼠耐缺氧作用。方法:采用常压耐缺氧实验;快速断头实验;异丙肾上腺素增加心肌耗氧量实验。结果:六月雪水提取物能显著延长常压耐缺氧条件下小鼠的存活时间;能显著延长断头小鼠的喘息时间;能非常显著延长皮下注射异丙肾上腺素的小鼠在常压缺氧条件下的生存时间。结论:六月雪水提取物具有显著的耐缺氧作用。

Objective：To study the effects of Serissa serissoides（ DC. ） Druce on hypoxia. Methods：the normal pressure （isoprenaline） and hypoxia; cut down the heads of mice at lower part of auris speedinessly and noted blowing time. Resuh：Serissa serissoides （ DC. ） Druce could prol ong obviously the living time of mice under the normal pressure and hypoxia;Serissa serissoides （ DC. ） Druce could also prolong obviously the living time of mice into whom isoprenaline had been injected;Serlssa serissoides （DC.） Druce could also prolong the living time of mice after the heads of mice were cut down. Conclusion ： Serissa serissoides （ DC. ） Druce have the effect of anti - hypoxia.
