彩超引导下经皮穿刺冷循环微波治疗肝浅表肝癌的探讨 被引量:1

摘要 目的:提高对彩超引导下经皮穿刺冷循环微波凝固治疗肝浅表肝癌的认识。方法:回顾分析5例肝浅表肝癌在彩超引导下经皮徒手穿刺冷循环微波治疗肝癌的情况。结果:5例肝浅表肝癌患者均于微波治疗术后进行了跟踪随访,4例彩超、CT复查病灶区内未见血流信号及强化,1例术后一个月彩超、CT复查病灶区内可见少许血流信号及强化,进行第二次治疗,其后彩超、CT示病灶区内亦未见血流信号及强化。现患者均健在,生存期在8,20个月之间,所有患者仍在随访之中。结论:彩超引导下经皮穿刺冷循环微波凝固治疗肝浅表肝癌直接将微波天线置入病灶动脉血供丰富的区域,阻断、破坏其血供;采用水循环内冷技术,弥补了以往微波治疗中微波天线杆温较高所带来的不足。 Objective: To improve the knowledge of microwave in cold circulation condition on treatment of superficial hepatoma guided by CDFI. Method:review and analysis 5 superficial hepatoma cases treated by this method. Result: follow -up all cases, there were no blood signal and enhancement in the focus of infection with four of all cases, examined by CDFI and contrast - enhanced CT, there is a bit blood signal and enhancement in the focus of infection with the other case a month later, then treated the second time, there were no blood signal and enhancement in the focus of infection. The patients are all alive and well, life span is 8 months to 20 months, follow - up all cases continuously. Conclusion : by this method, we can put the microwave antenna stick in the region with abundance artery blood straightly, and it can block and destroy their blood supply. By cold circulation technique, it retrieve the shortage of higher temperature caused by microwave antenna stick.
