皮肤狼疮带试验对系统性红斑狼疮诊断的意义

Diagnostic significance of lupus band test in systemic lupus erythematosus

目的:探讨狼疮带试验(LBT)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)诊断中的意义。方法:回顾分析32例LBT活检结果。结果:LBT在SLE中敏感性为78.13%。LBT与抗核抗体(ANA),抗ds-DAN抗体对SLE诊断的敏感性相近。SLE伴肾损害组LBT阳性率为90.48%,显著高于SLE不伴肾损害组54.55%。结论:LBT是SLE诊断的一项重要的辅助指标。

Objective：To understand the significance of lupus band test（LBT） in diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus（SLE）. Methods：The results of 32 cases of LBT were retrospectively studied. Results：In SLE,the sensitivity of LBT were 78.13 %. The sensitiveity of LBT was not significantly different from that of ANA and anti dsDNA antibody. Of patients with lupus renal lesions 90.48%, which was significantly higher than that of patients without renal lesions （54.55%）. Conclusion：LBT is an important auxiliary method in the diagnosis of SLE.
