转移因子治疗生殖器疱疹疗效观察

Effects of TF on serum levels of IL-4,IL-6,TNF-α in patients with Genital herpes

目的:分析转移因子对生殖器疱疹患者血清IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平影响。方法:应用ELISA方法,测定应用常规阿昔洛韦治疗(对照组)及联用转移因子治疗(实验组)患者的血清IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平,用T检验比较两者的区别。结果:联用转移因子治疗与常规阿昔洛韦治疗比较,患者血清IL-4比对照组明显减低(P<0.01),IL-6明显增高(P<0.01),TNF-α明显减低(P<0.01)。结论:转移因子可影响生殖器疱疹患者血清IL-4、IL-6、TNF-α水平,改善机体免疫机能。

Objective： To determine the effects of transfer factor （TF） on serum levels of interleukin-4 （ IL-4 ）, interleukin-6 （ IL-6 ） and tumor necrosis factor-α （TNF-α） in patients with Genital herpes. Methods： 68 GH patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. The serum levels of IL -4, IL-6 , TNF-α of two groups were respectively measured by ELISA after the treatment of TF had finished. The T test was taken with SPPS11.5 to analyze the data of them. Results ： Compared with the serum levels of IL -4, IL-6 , TNF-α in patients of GH with different treatments , levels of IL -4 and TNF-α in patients with normal treatment added TF is lower than that of those with only normal treatment, with significant importance （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The level of IL-6 is higher than that, also with significant importance （P〈0.01）. Conclusions： Transfer factor （tiT） can have effect on the serum levels of IL -4, IL-6 , TNF-α in patients of GH, and could adjust the immune function of organism.
