摘要
目的探讨脑瘫患儿血小板计数变化与中医病机的关系。方法对脑瘫患儿的血小板计数和同期的健康儿童血小板计数进行统计学处理。结果脑瘫患儿血小板计数与正常儿童比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论脑瘫患儿血小板计数明显高于正常儿童,与中医认为脑瘫的发病机理与瘀血有关的观点一致。
Objective To explore the relationship between the changes of the blood platelet counts （BPC） in children with cerebral palsy （CP） and pather mechanism of CP in traditional Chinese medicine. Methods BPCs of CP children and healthy children were analyzed with statistical method. Results The BPC of CP children was higher than that of the healthy children （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The BPC of CP children is higher than that of the healthy children, and this is consistent with the theory of traditional Chinese medicine about pathogenic mechanism of CP that CP is related to blood stasis.
