摘要
介绍了白纸地图通过扫描仪录入计算机系统,并通过拼合生成电子地图的制作过程以及电子地图坐标系统的一种建立方法。生成的电子地图采用256色存储和显示,完全可满足观察和应用的需要。通过特征点匹配的方法,实现了在象素级精度上的多幅地图的拼合。并提出了一种有广泛适用性的图像快速旋转算法及性能分析,较之其他的旋转算法,它具有速度快、不丢失图像信息等明显优点。
By scanning maps into computer,combining them and founding coordinate systems, the digital maps are acheived in this paper. The digital maps have 256 colors which can be used in many cases. Thispaper introduces how to combine several images precisely to form a whole image through key points matching. A fast rotation algorithm is the presented, which exceeds others in rotation speed, loseless ofimage information etc. It can be widely used in image processing.
