摘要 在瞬时带宽为倍频程以上时,非线性注波互作用将导致谐波的产生以及谐波与基波的相互耦合等现象的出现,从而对管子特性有极为重要的影响。文中旨在推广行波管非线性理论,以便能考虑这些现象。利用文中所导出的大信号方程组对某实用宽带行波管的基波和谐波特性进行了数值分析,计算结果与实测结果十分吻合。 When the instantaneous bandwith exceed octave, the harmonic can generate and mutualcoupling between harmonic and foundamental waves can be observed in travelling wave tube due tononlinear interaction between electron beam and slow electromagnetic wave. These phenomena influence strongly on the characteristics of TWT. The noulinear theory of TWT is generalized in order to take thesephenomena into account in this paper. Numerical analysis is carride out for the characteristics offoundamental and harmonic waves of a certain practical TWT, by means of the large-signal equation systemderived in this paper. The numerical results are agreement very well with the experimenta one.
