U m 5 Miniature Quartz Crystal Resonators

本文简要介绍石英晶体谐振器小型化的发展概况及Ｕｍ—５微小型石英晶体谐振器的设计、制造工艺。文中对该产品的应用情况也作了简单说明。该产品的频率制造公差在±１０ｐｐｍ以内，当工作温度范围分别为０℃～６０℃，－２０℃～＋６０℃时，可以达到±５ｐｐｍ，±１０ｐｐｍ内的小公差。Ｕｍ—５微小型石英晶体谐振器体积小，且质量稳定可靠。

This paper briefly introduces the development of the miniature quartz crystal resonators and the design and making technology of U m 5 miniature quartz crystal resonators in detail.In this paper,the use case of these products is also describled briefly.The frequency deviations from manufacture are witin ±10 ppm.The small deviations of ±5 ppm,±10 ppm may be achieved,when the operation temperature ranges are 0～60℃,-20～60℃ respectively.The U m 5 miniature quartz crystal resonators have small volume,and the quality is stable and reliable.They are good electronic components in electronic devices for mobile communication,etc.
