摘要
在相控声波测井中,为了向地层中定向辐射能量,需要按一定的时序为每个换能器提供幅度不等的高压激励脉冲,对相控圆弧阵的工作原理和研究背景做了简要分析,提出了利用DSP和CPLD作为核心控制器件对相控圆弧阵列辐射器进行控制的方法并详细说明了CPLD的工作时序和流程;通过相位加权和幅度加权实验的结果说明CPLD的时序及状态转换过程符合设计要求;该实验表明,采用DSP加CPLD这种技术路线能够使用简练的硬件电路灵活有效地控制对相控圆弧阵进行幅度加权和相位加权激励。
In Arc Phase Acoustic Transmitter, in order to emit scanning acoustic beam we need to control the drive amplitude and time of every transducer. At first, the principle and the search background of the arc phase array acoustic transmitter are introduced, then, the method that used CPLD and DSP as controller to control the acoustic array and the scheduling and software frame are given. By the experi ments of phase weighted and amplitude weighted, testing results of high voltage pulse waveform suggested that the source satisfied experimental requirements. This result show that by use DSP and CPLD we can effect control are phase acoustic transmitter and use less component.
